Hi Amy: I'm a fellow Muncher & came by to see your groceries...& I got an added bonus on your Thai meal. Mmmm, looks/sounds good. Curious, how do you use the Nutritional Yeast?
Hey Amy, have you had the Chreeze pasta before? I tried it once while babysitting for a vegan family, and man, I thought it was AWFUL! Did you like it? Do you doctor it up at all?
Vicki-Nutritional yeast is yummy stuff. It comes in flakes or powder (I get flakes) and tastes kind of cheesy. It is used in a lot of fake cheese recipe. Its also a good source of protein and B vitamins. Here's some more info: http://www.bulkfoods.com/yeast.htm
Catherin-No, I haven't tried it yet. Now I'm kinda scared too. Guess I'll try a little and then doctor it up if I need to.
